Dispatch

All of our products are posted by First Class Mail. Please remember that the dispatch date is the day the card is POSTED and NOT the day it will be delivered!

Posting

We normally print and post pretty much straight away (busy periods permitting) but your guaranteed dispatch times are listed below:

After 11am Monday to Thursday	-	The following day
After 11am Friday	-	Saturday (we post Friday’s orders but don't work on new ones until the following Monday)
Anytime Saturday and Sunday	-	The following Monday
UK Bank Holidays	-	The following working day

Postcodes

Your order is likely to arrive much faster if you use a postcode. If you are unsure of the postcode then we suggest that you use the Royal Mail's Postcode Finder which can be found here.

Delivery

We will always dispatch your purchases into the postal system as soon as we possibly can and the Royal Mail aims to deliver most First Class mail by the next working day, including Saturdays. 90% of First Class mail is delivered the following day, unfortunately the other 10% can take up to three days. We'd like to be able to guarantee delivery dates but delivery is something out of our control and once orders have been dispatched, we are unable to control the delivery process. We will, however, do whatever we can to rectify any problems caused by delayed delivery.

Wherever possible we ask that you allow three days from dispatch for cards to arrive as it's far better for a card to arrive two days early than one day late. If your order has not arrived after three days please email or call us. We'd far rather send a replacement card than leave you or your loved ones disappointed - in fact we actually wouldn’t sleep until you were happy.

Area Covered

At present we only post products within the UK and Channel Islands. As time progresses we do intend to open offices in other countries - we'll let you know when we do. 

Printing

All of our orders are currently printed and posted from our London offices. As other countries follow details will be on the 2late 2post website when they come online.

Costs

All our stated costs include envelopes, personalisation, postage and taxes. We aim to give our customers a simple, cost effective yet high quality service and as such there are no hidden extras.
