What Happens Next?
 
We guarantee that the purchased goods/services will be made available to you on receipt of your payment.  A proof of purchase voucher will be issued.  As soon as we have received your payment, we will advise the advertiser of your purchase and at the same time send through your confirmation letter. You are then free to arrange to redeem your purchase- in other words, claim the goods or services that you have bought.
 
The letter of entitlement that we will send to you and the supplier will include a specific reference number. We suggest you take/send your voucher to the supplier at the agreed time.
